To be honest this gun is not for a beginner nor would I recommend for home protection! Has good safeties but not friendly too shoot in this caliber.

JUNK JUNK JUNK won't even work out of the box and cobra is slower than Christmas fixing it.the 35 pound trigger pull is no exaggeration either

Excellent little piece at the price point it’s at. Could this be a better gun? Sure it could. The machining is a little rough as well as the finish. Will it get the job done in a pinch? Sure will. Overall this is a perfect pocket gun for up close and personal encounters. 4 stars due to finish quality and attention to detail. Highly recommend the lifetime warranty. For safety reasons, I highly recommend carrying at half cock to keep firing pins from hitting primers.

Trigger very stiff and almost impossible to get spent casing's out of barrel. I do not like it. would not refer anyone to buy. Now I am stuck with a non usable gun.

Fastest processing and shipping ever experienced on a gun purchase. 5 stars to Buds for that. The gun shoots well. You would not put 100 rounds through it in a session. Small, with recoil in these 38 and 9mm calibers. But I enjoyed shooting it without any issues.(10s of rounds). Pretty accurate at short range (5 to 7 yards) even shooting from the hip.
