I am an experience shooter with various makes, models and calibers. This gun is extremely nice and a smooth shooter. Very well made and no slop in the fit or finish. The weight is heavy when fully loaded. The ability to carry cocked and locked or hammer down and safety on just adds to the versatility. Such a pleasant gun to shoot. The grip is no wider than a 1911 but has a double stack magazine. The only issue is finding holsters for it. You will probably need to have a custom holster maker to get one to fit properly. Would I buy again....absolutely. Great looking and shooting gun. This has an improved grip over the CZ-75 or Tanfoglio line of pistols. I have never been disappointed with SAR ARMS quality or performance. I just wish they made this gun in 10mm.

Best 45 acp I've ever fired, even my friend who shoots with me sometimes who is a 1911 freak always seems to put down his 1911's to fire my Sar K2 45, to bad they don't import the one I have anymore with the stainless steel slide. This gun has an amazing trigger right out of the box. This gun is also on a CZ action but with the look of a Sig Sauer. It's like a CZ and a Sig Sauer mated and this is the end result!! The chamber is also 110% supported and I'm not kidding! shouldn't have to worry about kabooms. The manual does say not to use p ammo but I think that's do to a lighter spring, they don't want the slide to be slamming hard into the frame. So far I've put 600 rds no issues except one major issue not ammo related or cycling but something that happened to the trigger bar, I noticed one side of the trigger bar was cracked, I don't know if the gun came like that or it happened shooting but it's a good thing it's a 2 sided trigger bar because the gun still functions. I did do research online to see if others had the same problem and sure enough there were a few, it turns out to be a metallurgy problem, the bar is very brittle. The part is only around $50 and I know I can fix it myself. And that's the reason I gave it 4 stars and I want to keep it because it's that "BAD A$$" And thank you Buds again for such a great gun!

Have put two hundred rounds through this hefty piece firearm with no problem at all. I have to say, I love this 45 bad boy. The best thing about this handgun to me is its trigger. Just a fantastic crispy trigger that would go bang every time you lightly press it in the single action mode. The double action is not bad neither, not too long or too heavy of a pull and the gun will go off. I really appreciate the CZ style slide that gives this gun the smoothness you would have with a CZ handgun. I have not be able to put full 14 rounds in the magazine so far, I guess it's mostly because of the ammunition that I use. I will try some different ammo than Federal to see if the magazine can really hold 14 round. Overall, I would give this gun and buds service a five star.

First of all, this was my first online purchase and it was a fantastic experience and I will definitely order again from Buds. This gun is absolutely beautiful! I have enjoyed the B6p so much that I decided to get the .45 and I do not regret it at all. Gun feels great in my hand and has very little recoil. Shoots very accurate once you tweak the rear site to the right since the pattern is slightly left. It is a tight pattern though and is dead center from top to bottom. Ammo fed easily all day at the range.

Bought this after hearing a lot about Sar firearms.and noticing more of those blue hard case box cases showing up at the gun club. First of all the fit and finish of this gun is first class almost comparable to CZ or H&K. Took it to the range fired 100 rounds of PMC bronze not a single problem, the trigger is very light and takes only a slight pull, the gun is a bit heavy, but recoil for this .45 is more like a 9mm. Before buying the gun my biggest concern was about the grip possibly being to large for my hand, I have med., size hands and the grip was very nice almost unbelievable for a 14 round .45. I am very pleased with the gun, it is quite comfortable, very accurate and easy to control. With this firearm you get a lot of gun for the money, only wish it came with an extra mag.
