I purchased this as a economical way to practice as I also own an LCR 357….It is a great revolver…The trigger pull is a little stiff but I'd rather have it like that than a hair trigger that might go off in one's pocket…LOL…My wife is 5'2 and 120 and she manages it btw…I like the 8 shot feature and about the only thing I can say about the Lazermax is the manufacturer doesn't have the Customer Service Bud's has…I have contacted them 3 times to see if a "Green" Laser is in the plan for an LCR and they keep saying the have one for an LCP…Oh well….The laser works well at night but is worthless in the sunlight….As is the crimson trace on my 357 btw…I have gotten 3 items from Buds and so far they are excellent to deal with….No problem…If I hadn't had to put 655.00 in my truck I'd be making another purchase…LOL…A 270 Ruger rifle…Buds is super…..

My father-in-law passed recently. His home defense weapon was a six inch Ruger Security Six in .357 mag. Just a little on the large side for my mother-in-law. After some research and thought, I purchased the Ruger LCR .22 LR with laser for her. It is perfect! Light enough so she can and does handle it safely. It holds eight rounds of .22 LR and the laser is perfect for her failing eyes. Just the fact the bad guy sees that red dot swinging around a room ought to be enough of a deterrent to get 'em gone. But if they are stupid enough to stay around, she has the ability to squeeze off enough shots to do the job, without ever having to acquire the sights. This is the perfect tool for the job. Great work Ruger!

This was my first purchase from Buds, and everything went smooth. Bought this for my wife and she really loves it. The trigger pull was a little harder than she likes but she has got used to it. Very light weight, would recomend this gun to anyone looking for a light weight 22.
