The "LE" designation is only that the manufacturer has supplied the pistol with an extra mag or other 'extra', and usually designates them to be sold at a lower price than the 'non LE' models as only LE and other qualified professionals can buy them.

Oba, the pistol is the exact same as the standard pistol. It comes with (3) Magazines instead of the standard pistol's (2) Magazines. Police Specials usually come with an extra accessory like a magazine or holster which in this case is an extra magazine.
