Well worth it. I couldn't wait to get out and shoot it for the first time today. This rifle drives nails. And the magazines I can get for 3 bucks or so, not bad. The recoil is nice and smooth. Once I mount a scope, look out hogs!!!!

I am so glad I got my PTR. It is extremely accurate and will digest any ammunition even cheap steel cased. I was able to get a 1" group with optics and the rifle was dead on with the 300M mark. I love the fact that the magazines are so cheap and that the design is proven world wide for ease of use. Brass get ejected far but no real dings and the flute marks come off when brass are tumbled. I love this rifle.
