The HK USC is a civilian utility carbine that uses the classic hard-hitting .45 ACP cartridge. Matched with a simple and ultra-reliable blowback operating system, the HK USC is a radical departure from traditional firearms designs. Extensive use of durable, tough, corrosion proof, reinforced polymers found on HK's line of military and police arms ensures lightweight and durability and the highest grade of weapons steel is used in the cold hammer forged target barrel and the solidly constructed bolt mechanism. The skeletonized buttstock is capped with a comfortable rubber cheek rest and recoil pad. The web of the pistol grip is open for a comfortable handhold for a wide range of shooting applications. Hard points located on the top and sides of the receiver and handguard make attachment of optional Picatinny rails easy allowing almost any kind of accessory to be mounted. Features ambidextrous safety/selector lever and oversized trigger guard for easy operation while wearing gloves. Includes a polymer 10rd magazine.

Limited run.get these while you can.was planning on getting omega clone but they are never in stock.decided to become a hk fanboy.had one before but joined the army.very light.was told by hk rep that they were only making a few of these.2 10rd mags.45 is expensive so its the right size mag for my needs.thanks buds for quick shipping.

I have to start this review by stating objectively that it's probably not worth the money. After all it's a ten round PCC, no provision for legally adding higher cap mags without a lot of 922r work. There aren't a ton of aftermarket parts for it and the trigger is roughly like a staple gun. You could buy two Beretta Storm .45s or half a dozen Hi Points for this money. Yet all those observations melt away into insignificance once you shoot it! It fits like a glove and everything is right where it should be. It's uncannily accurate and very easy to shoot. Of course, most people buying this are either just HK fanatics (like me) or looking to do a USC-to-UMP conversion. It's not the only game in town anymore at there's now at least one clone on the market, but if you can find the USC it's well worth the money!

This is expensive for what it is, and even more expensive by the time one buys the parts to convert to a legal UMP and eventually SBR. But it's fun to shoot, the cool factor is off the chart, and I would argue a viable personal defense arm. Ever wish you had purchased an HK 94 when they could be found for $400? I view this gun the same way, and like it so much bought a second from Buds. The second one I received was missing its accessories, but because I failed to closely inspect it before taking it home, I couldn't blame Buds. A call to HK, and I had the missing items in less than a week. HK support is awesome. Buds ALWAYS gets 5 stars from me.

A+ delivery from buds. Unless you give in Commie-fornia this gun isn't much fun with a round magazine, that awful stock and long barrel. I'm having it converted to a UMP so if you are looking to go that route this is where to start. The gun shipped with a sling, 2 magazines, and the HK allen wrench tool.

My first thought after opening the box was "man, this is a lot of plastic!". Took it out to the range for the first time today and put 50 pcm bronze rounds through it. It wasn't on point for me right out of the box. I was shooting at a 50ft comp rifle target at 100 feet and all 10 rounds landed in a 3 inch group, low and right. I moved the target forward to 60 feet and it took another 10 rounds and about 15 minutes to get it dialed in. Moved the target back to 100 and put 8 of 10 in the black. Overall I'm happy with this piece. Few things I don't like are that I found the front sight post to be a bit chunky. It was difficult for me to really focus on the target with it. I know its not a long range rifle and the black on my target was small, but it just feels big. Second, and its not a big deal, just something I noticed, with the thumbhole stock its difficult to put the weapon back on safe without using my trigger finger. Like I said, not a big deal but this is the first gun that I've fired that I've had this problem. Third and final is that I need an Allen key to break the rifle down for cleaning. I'm not sure if there's a push pin that can be used to replace the bolts, but needing a tool to clean it kind of sucks. 3 out of 5 Is my vote.
