Gun is worth the extra price. No blemishes whatsoever, bolt cycles smooth and trigger is surprisingly crisp and not overly heavy. This is a welcomed change from some of my past Remington purchases.

Amazing rifle, with a great scope, and custom loaded rounds, I am able to reach out to a 1000 yrds consistently with the combo.

Love the look and feel of the 700 cdl in my hands. Seems well balanced and made. Haven't had a chance to shoot it yet as I only recently mounted the leupold scope. I was happy with the price at Buds but a little disappointed with the time it takes to ship the product after making my last law away payment via my checking acct. I do understand nobody would ship a product before they receive the money, but the money was out of my acct. days before I received the shipping notification. WIth that said, this was my third order from Buds, and I will absolutely order again from them. Great prices and selection.

This is an exceptional rifle. Its light long and accurate. Quick to handle and it just fits the body well. The bolt action is smooth and feeds well from the magazine, something I was concerned about. I have another in 7mm Mag and liked it so well I got this 270 and...I'll probably get another in 22 250 because they shoot as well as the heavy bull barrel rifles but are much easier to handle and they look great. Also, it arrived very fast (same week) and had zero damage. Buds did a great job on this sale.

Not a flaw or blemish on it, one of the best looking rifles I own. Trigger-pull was @ 3.5 lbs. Took it to Missouri on hunting trip (received it 2 days before I left, so had to sight it in while there), killed 8-pt @ 120yds and doe @ 80yds with 130gr Sierra Game Kings. Price was good, but shipping time was average - 10 days from time of order. I'm extremely pleased with this rifle and will do business again with Bud's.
