I have a couple770’s, i like them for hunting alot. If you want a target gun then id get something else. The bolt sucks, mine sticks alot. I just bought an aftermarket stock for it too. Their accurate, reliable. Theyll shoot sub moa but the guns really hot at 3 shits so the accuracy decline more than expected on tue 4&5 shot. Im giving it 5 stars because its exactly what they sell it as. A hunting rifle. I shot a fox sprinting exactly where i was aiming on it. Good gun, gun price,

I like this gun shoots good nice stock good action. It is a new gun it needs to be sighted in . The scope needed to be re aligned cross hairs were off. Great gun for its price.

Buds shipped my Remington 770 right away. Gun arrived brand new in the box and ran through a full box of .300 win mag with no problems. (My shoulder hated me for it.) The bolt is a little sticky but this is a budget rifle so I expected something tom be off. This is my first rifle in this caliber and I'm loving it. I will always buy from buds.

Bolt is very stiff. You need to take it to a gunsmith to smooth it out. Not bad for the value

Overall the gun performs well, especially for the price. The action is a bit sticky, but it does smooth out after a few dozen rounds and continues to get smoother. It is deadly accurate and the trigger actually feels quite crisp. This isn't a full custom longe range gun, but it doesn't have the $3k price tag either. For hunting, this gun has everything needed to make you succesful.

Have had this rigle for almost 2 yrs now, but haven't gotten out much. Went to Bass Pro this morning and SHTF. The bolt handle sheered off of the bolt at the bolt stud. Luckily though there's only an empty case in the chamber.

Do not buy this gun. I thought I was going to get a low priced 300 win mag that would still function ok but I was wrong. I shot it once and now the bolt won't pull back.
