I like having an extra mag or two when I'm hunting, just in case something goes wonky. There is nothing more reliable than OEM parts, especially with Tikka. Also, the picture is not accurate. Mine was all black thank goodness. I like having the two extra rounds this one carries too.

I like to have some additional capacity in my Tikkas; usually don't need it but it's nice to have. These magazines work well. Bud's is a great company to work with and have fair pricing and fast shipping.

At $30+, Tikka charges far too much for this piece of plastic. But Buds had the best price around and I'm a satisfied customer.

Overall very good magazine notes though it does not hold 5rd of 300 win mag but only 4 so will have to already be in ur rifle before putting mag in.

This is a factory TIkka 5 round magazine; my Tikka 30-06 Lite stainless is one of my two elk guns, and I carry the five rounder for spare ammo, with a 3 round in the rifle so I don't have to deal with a protruding magazine. The Tikka and these magazines are reliable and trusty companions in those lucky years I get drawn for elk.

No problem with this magazine. Typical Tikka quality. Nice to have the extra rounds available. Better price than same product at area gun shops.

I read the other reviews stating that they are not in fact red. Would have looked cool either way, but they are normal looking mags that come stock with your tikka they work great i needed a few extras as I only got one with my gun and buds def had the best price around especially when you looked on the manufactures website or what my LGS was asking they were all astronomical
