I really like all the features of this little shotgun. I believe it will be something I can pass on to my kids. And they will be very proud of it just as I have become.

Quick and easy process with Buds. Took the gun out to shoot..3 shells thru it and it locked up and will not do anything. Buds says they can't help, contact Mossberg. Have to ship it to Mossberg on my dime. Will see what kind of customer service they produce....

Love any Mossberg shotgun, and the 410 is no exception. Its rugged as a tank and is very smooth to operate. No issues whatsoever with loading or ejecting. A very good shotgun for the money.

Buds service excellent as usual. Shipping was very fast. As for this 410, wow mossberg knows there stuff. Excellent quality for the purpose for which the shotgun is made and 3 inch shells, very little recoil. Very light so you can carry all day long.

I had earlier bought a different gun and bought Bud's life time warranty. Glad I did as this other gun needed to go back for repairs. I asked them to consider substituting the Mossberg 500 if the other couldn't be repaired. I am not really sure if the other one was ever repaired, but at the end of the time period, they granted my wish, for which I am grateful. The .410 Mossberg 500 gives me a light weight gun I can play around with at Sporting Clays and take dove hunting. The gun is brand new, but it seems to be well built of real wood and steel. I watched a video to learn how to take it apart and it went well. I suspect it will last me my entire life and the life of the grandchild who ends up with it down the road. It is a fixed full choke. I did not want screw in chokes. I may ask a gunsmith to open the choke to modified. I consider this gun a very good value.

The packaging was not the best from the company , but upon inspection every thing was ok. The action of the pump mechanism at first was real stiff , but after disassembly and a good cleaning and oiling it worked very well . Satisfied with operation and with the quality of the shotgun .
