I have not been able to run any colt longs through it but have run a few .410 shells through it. Very managable recoil for the weight of the gun. The grip feels good but I have large hands and it is a bit small for me. Finish is middle of the road. No flaws in fit or finish yet. I have read several reviews stating the firing pin sticks and will not engage no matter what. I will be putting several rounds through this gun within the next week. I will update this review if their are any failures. For the price I paid for it @383 or close to that. This gun was an awesome deal.

Excellent balance and an instant sight-picture. The 410/45 colt combination makes it a perfect home protection weapon. The grip was a perfect fit for my hand. I could not be more pleased. I also purchased the ammunition from Bud's which included both 410 and 45 colt in the same box. The ammo was designed for this weapon and home protection. I highly recommend this weapon and the ammunition I purchased.
