Nice gun, but please be aware guys, Sig Sauer 220 Elite Carry Nitron Night Sight here, the barrel length is 3.9 not 4.4, it's not as they decribed here, a litte disappointed. Buds, hope you can explain, thank you.

This review is for Buds - not the gun (yet). I will come back and review the weapon after shooting a few hundred rounds through this beautiful piece of art. I just picked it up this afternoon from my FFL therefore I have NOT SHOT IT YET. First of all - yes it is the Sig 220R345BSE, the "carry" model having a 3.9 inch barrel and NOT the 4.4 inch as the description states. This is what I wanted as I was hoping the model number was correct and the description a typo. I confirmed this prior with Buds over the telephone before I ordered. Anyway - dealing with Bud's is great. They do a real good job with customer support in all areas, answering the phone and/or email. They keep you informed with the status of your order in a very timely fashion, automated by email but anytime during their stated business hours they ACTUALLY answer the telephone AND SPEAK ENGLISH. Although the blue Sig box was kind of scuffed up and scratched a good bit on the bottom, it was the nicer new one with solid plastic molded inside without the stinkin foam. The gun and the contents are pristine, appearing as if they have never been touched. Plastic still around the gun and the Sig barrel block intact with the Sig tape around the grip untampered with. This gun is absolutely gorgeous, almost to pretty to shoot. I hope it shoots as good as it looks - I'll report back with that information at a later date after a trip to the farm and some dead turtles are blown out of the water with this 45 (sorry if that offended anyone but they bother my fish and these aren't the turtles we like). I would definitely deal with BudsGunShop again.
