Great firearm. I don't like the long beaver tail on this model compared to the others. It hangs up at times on loose clothing coming from a holster. However, it shoots flawlessly, and eats whatever you put in it.

Outstanding weapon. Very accurate right out of the box. Easy to shoot, less recoil than a .45. Best weapon I have. Highly recommend!!

An excellent firearm. The elite version of the P226 makes this gun go from a good gun to an amazing firearm. I love the SRT trigger, and the enhanced beavertail grip. I am an average shot with most firearms, with this gun, I look like ive been shooting my whole life. Buds had the best price I could find anywhere for this model. The only negative, its that Sig should be ashamed of themselves, a high end firearm like this and it comes with the two cheap magazines, that are phospahate finish, not the heat resistent, and one of the magazines will not keep the slide locked back when empty. In the end, gun is amazing, mags with it are sad.

Buds shipped the gun quick and it looks great. After about 300 rounds through it the slide is still failing to lock to the rear when the magazine is empty. A new problem just arose where the gun fails to fire. It sometimes takes two or three trigger pulls to get a cartridge to fire. I am still waiting on Sig to resolve this problem for me. I am wondering if these problems are common or if I just got a lemon?

Ordered from Bud's and had it shipped to FFL near me, and received it in three days. This is my first semi-automatic pistol and my first Sig. I have put 375 rounds thru it with absolutely no issues. Feels good in my hand and I love the SRT trigger. The pistol shoots beautifully and it looks as good as it shoots. I highly recommend Bud's. Great prices and great service. My only problem is that Bud's will surely get more of my money in the future!

This is my second sig with the srt trigger system. The elite gun is beautiful but also shoots like a dream, very little recoil. The grip fits the hand perfect. I am sold on the Sig Sauer line of guns. Save your money and get one you can thank me someday.
