I liked this gun while it lasted, ran about 200 rounds through it and lost the connection to the top gas pipe. Needs to be sent away to be fixed. Great service as usual from Buds, Kel-tec will fix it.

I would not recommend buying this rifle. I've had several Kel-Tec handguns which I liked which is why I bought the rifle. The folding stock is clunky in opeeration and held in place with a cheesy pin which requires a press pin to insert & remove and is VERY easy to lose. The breech jammed after the first round and I returned it to Kel-Tec. They are quoting a 4 to 6 week turnaround! Not very impressive for a brand new gun! I finally got my SU-22 back from Kel-Tec today. The "repair" consisted of polishing the feed mechanism and it looks like something done with a Dremel. They didn't even bother to reblue anything even after having it for 5 weeks. Additinally, upgrades I requested while repairing the gun were not done. I called and was told "I guess they didn't read your enclosed letter!" DO NOT BUY THIS GUN unless you are into collecting junk or just want a lot of needless hassles. Get a S&W M&P 15-22 or ANYTHING else.

This SU-22 rifle is my first Kel-Tec weapon and it really is a great weapon. It fire excellent with .22 min mag shells. Have installed a barska sight onto the weapon and had a lot of fun with it on an open firing range. I would recomend this weapon to everyone that like .22 Cal weapons.I talked with Kel-Tec custmer service and one of their guns smiths about the wapon and have had excellent returns on help information about the wapon prior to range!!! I grade the weapon A+++

This SU-22 rifle is my sixth Kel-Tec. Like all thier products, you have to use the right ammo. Use high powered ammo to fully push the bolt back and you won't have a problem feeding. This gun is a hoot to shoot, very accurate, and easy to clean. I believe it will pay for itself in no time over my other 223 and 308 rifles.
