This was my first revolver (hand gun). Thought it was going to have a lot of kick due to being so light, but I put 50 rounds through it with no problems. I couldn't believe how accurate it was as well. Especially when the hammer was pulled back. Fits in your pants pocket with ease for concealment purposes (If that's what you are look for). I definitely recommend this little guy to anyone looking for a light handgun for protection or even just for fun.

Once again buds is AWESOME! As for the pistol, i also purchased a 45 taurus from buds and its wonderful i love that gun and my wife likes it also, probably cause its so light would like too buy another tho,

i have no problem with budgun's but this time around i guess cause of the holiday it's taking longer than i expected i got the gun for my wife and i would have liked too give it too her before the new year hit's but they just now, shipped it. i'm kind of mad about it thank's a lot

Third purchase from Bud's .... typical Taurus quality... finish was rough and trigger was gritty and about 9000 pounds. I opened the sideplate up Breakfree CLP'd all the internals over my bathtub and watch a couple of metal shavings fall out . Then I put in some snap caps and dry fired it exactly 500 times. Took it to the range and what a difference! Shoots straight and would have anyways but trigger is still 7 pounds but much easier and SMOOTHER so it's not such a pain. Taurus are good for the mony just remeber to clean up the internals and snap cap dry fire it a bunch to break it in you'll like it a lot better. This replaced my 709 slim as my ccw as I already reload for .38 :) I am very happy with the gun and as always Bud's. You buy a Taurus for the fact it will go bang and has ok accuracy you buy a smith for it's looks and smoothness and yes I own 3 smith revolvers but this gets a scratch and I don't care lol.

Very satisfied with mine. I bought this pistol from Buds, great price and service from them. Ive shot 2 boxes through it on 2 different occaisions now and Im very impressed with the accuracy, considering its such a small and light revolver. Packs wonderfully. I personally think that it is the best CCW and home protection value on the market. Especially at $305, I cant imagine anyone not being satisified with this pistol.

    It’s not so much an actuated safety (like a “red for dead” button or lever) as it is a safety feature, like a drop safety or mag cut-off. The transfer bar inside the hammer assembly and sear assembly prevents the hammer from striking the firing pin unless pulled through, but it’s not the most reliable. However, DA/SA revolvers are some of the safest firearms available because of the long initial trigger take-up which acts as a safety in its own right. If you’re really looking for a carry firearm with an actuated safety, auto-loaders are going to give you the most variety. If your heart is set on a revolver (which I absolutely understand. They’re near and dear to me too!) you may have to make some concessions.
