• Q: I have went to the Rugers web sight several times and I have not seen the SR9 available. Did they stop making them?

  Yes the full size SR9 is out of production the compact SR9c is also out of production but some are still available in the system. in full size they have the security 9 and the American and the SR9c has been replaced by the American compact

• Q: How many magazines does it come with?

  Hello Richard,
  I own a original Ruger SR9 and mine came with two 17 round mags as well. Ruger also has a SR9C model which is the concealed carry version that come with a 10 round mag as well as a 17 round. I believe the only model that comes with only one mag is the SR9E, which is the "economy" model where they made a few changes to bring down the price point.
