Love my P229 and love Bud's. I did see it cheaper at another web site, but I have bought several guns from Bud's and was more comfortable purchasing from them. It is a real tack driver and the envy of all my buds. I just need to find the right holster now.

I ordered the Sig on January 5th and Order Status reflected it as shipping the same day. The gun was received by my FFL on Monday before the Order Status reflected that the gun had been shipped. The gun was in perfect condition and I am very pleased with my experience with Bud's. I will most certainly buy again. One note, the order status screen on the website never reflected tracking numbers for UPS and I never received an update email with such information. I had to call Bud's to get the information. This bug should be addressed.

Fantastic gun at a great price from Buds. I was caliber confused like many so I purchased this gun as a .40 and ordered the .357 sig barrel. Something you should keep in mind that is not obvious is that the front sights with the .40 are a number 6 sight and the .357sig are a number 8 sight according to sig. The gun shoots low when you first start out and that to me was because I was setting the target on top of my front sight. Sig says to black out your target with the front dot. This works however when you change barrels you are low again and the adjustable combat sights won't compensate the difference. So moral of the story order the caliber you prefer or also order another front sight to go with the barrel change. Once you get it together this gun is great and is so easy to clean and change barrels. Last note, if you order this model or others like it with the Tac Rail and buy a holster, make sure the holster fits a SIg 229R, where R designates rail, if you don't your pistol will not fit the holster.
