Reacting to many requests from the marketplace for a subcompact SIG SAUER pistol, engineers designed the new P238 as a smart looking, small handgun built with the same accuracy and reliability as large frame SIG SAUER pistols. With an overall length of just 5.5 inches a height of 3.96 inches, and weighing just under a pound, the SIG SAUER P238 is the ultimate firepower in an all metal frame concealed pistol. The P238 is built on an anodized alloy beavertail style frame with fluted grips for comfort and a secure hold during rapid-fire usage. The stainless steel slide features the popular SIG SAUER slide serrations and improves overall performance and accuracy. Additionally, the SIGLITE® Night Sights are removable and adjustable for windage. The sear and trigger return spring are redesigned to prevent spring over-ride of the ejector during assembly.

I love this new gun! I had a bigger one, but for a woman, the smaller one fits my hand nicely. Shot perfectly first time out.

I absolutely love my P238. It's compact, fits anywhere. I've tried other brands and found this Sig to be the most reliable and comfortable for personal and home defense. Its easy to take apart and clean too ( I'm a female of small stature so finding something reliable and comfortable to conceal and handle was difficult)

I bought this semi-auto pistol for my wife. Well made, metal slide adds about the perfect weight to a provide balance and to control recoil. One of the convincing factors is an older person with a weaker grip is able to operate the slide. It is compact and can be easily concealed. The quality, size, ease of operation of the Sig Sauer P238 puts it at the top of the class for this type of hand gun.

I really like this pistol. It is the 2nd one in the family. I Like the size for conceal carry..I would recommend this pistol to anybody looking for a great conceal carry pistol.

This gun is great for backup carry..Shoots extremely nice. The night sights are a plus. Sig makes solid guns. As for buds they have been great. Took a week for my electronic transfer to clear but well worth the wait. Plus item was exactly as described in description.

This is a great pistol for someone who wants a small carry gun that is nonetheless easy to grip and surprisingly accurate to shoot. It is easy to disassemble and clean, and (one cartridge) larger magazines are easily available. Only you can decide whether .380 caliber is big enough for your purposes.

This model is an excellent value for a Sig P238 .380 acp, very smooth action, light trigger, bright night sights and all-black finish. This would be excellent as a back-up carry gun, with 7-round extended mags available for enhanced grip and 1 extra round, and for $129 you can get a Sig laser designed to fit this gun. This is a much better 24/7 carry choice versus the Colt 380 Mustang 380 Pocketlite, which I also own and like, but this SIg P238 has the advantage of having nice night sights which the Colt does not. In fact the Colt front sight in a ridge in the slide, not dovetailed. Colt should make this modification to their design to compete against these Sig P238. Rught now, SIg offers over a dozen variations of this cute little 380 acp. good luck deciding which ones to buy, as they are all very nice and unique.

My fourth gun i have bought from Buds , by far the worst gun i have bought from them i have had so many problem with this P238 metal rubbing, jamming after jamming it jamm on all types of ammo.
