I have a newer Mini-14. Four Thermold mags worked well. Had trouble stripping the first round off, but functioned 100% from there. I am very happy.

Cheap junk!!! All of them had to be modified to get them to work!!! Plastic is thin, and everyone of them were different...terrible quality control,,,sure do miss the Tapco gen 2 mags with the metal keeper, thick tough material, and excellent craftsmanship/quality...

Magazine is difficult to insert into my Mini-14. Spend the extra money for factory made metal magazines.

The mag fits very poorly. It is very loose and does not allow the action to chamber the first round. Not worth the money.

I'll keep it short. Good mags, I wanted to take a chance with these before I went ahead and bought the factory Ruger mags. Turns out it was a good chooice. I got 2 for less than the price of 1 Ruger mag and they perform just as well. Light weight also. There is a little bit of wiggle when the mag is inserted, and the bolt must be open for the mags to be inserted. Other that that, they're all good. If you are hesitant, don't worry. Out of 250 rounds, no FTF or FTE. Happy shooting everyone!!!
