Go with the standard carbine which ATI tells me has an electroplated finish versus this model which is Painted on, doesn't look durable at all and frankly the oversized surpressor and barrel forend look like hell. These guns will dry up after 1st of New Year after HK sued ATI to stop distribution in US. Don't feed it Remington crap, most of the barrels ATI is getting back are due to Remington squibs.

This is a very fun gun. Well built and surprisingly accurate. My sons and I had a blast with it. Bud's delivered it quickly and reliably as always.

I picked up my GSG5 this morning and was at the range 2 hours today. Great and very fun little plinker!! What they don't mention is that the gun comes with 2 extra 22 round GSG brand magazines!!! That's almost $70 in magazines on top of the already great price they have! Buds Gunshop is awesome. I will buy all my guns here from now on.

I picked up my GSG5 this morning and was at the range 2 hours later. WOW what a blast to shoot, I put over 500 rounds through and never had 1 issue at all. It ate all three kinds of mixed ammmo I had. Buds did an excellent job on the sale and did everything fast and efficient. If you are looking for an exciting and fun way to shoot some 22lr then take a good look at this little baby.

Unfortunately, I didn't buy from Bud's. I should have checked to see if they sold the GSG-5 SP. All I can say it is a blast to shoot, looks cool as heck and can be tricked out too. I've shot Federal Bulk,Match and some Remington Thunderbolt all with out jams. Just one FTF after a couple of hundred rounds.
