Outstanding rifle! No issues what so ever!

Very lightweight and easy to use/clean. Ran some cheap 5.56 ammo in it on the first day out on the range. The dust cover and forward assist is present on this version of the AR (there are quite a bit of AR-15s that do not have these features). My AR-15 did come with a Magpul Magazine in the correct color (previous reviews mentioned their rifle coming with a black Magpul magazine). Item did not come with the tool to adjust the sights. I will need to go out and purchase the tool. The box it came in was a pretty beat-up cardboard box. Luckily the front sight was not damaged, although the front sight did damage the cardboard box pretty bad. The instructions manual and Magpul magazine was hidden underneath one of the foam padding (between the box and the foam pad). I thought I was missing the magazine! Extremely easy to take apart to clean, etc.

Everything went the way it should. Very happy with the weapon, no issues what-so-ever. This was my first purchase from Buds, and I'd do it again. Buds had one of the best prices anywhere for this rifle. Buds shipping seemed to be pretty slow though, which is a common complaint now from what I've seen.

Color as shown in picture is not the same shade as on the rifle. More of a OD color. Also the "supplied key" to adjust the rear sight for hi-low was missing. There was no envelope for the instruction manual & warranty card. The instruction manual was crumpled under the box padding. You can see a crushed impact area on the inside of the box, where the rear sight at some time was shipped w/it in the full up right position. It was down & locked when I opened the box. Have not taken it out for a test drive yet.

I am extremely pleased with the gun as its my second time purchasing with buds and as always got it very fast! I can say again that Smith&Wesson has got there quality on this gun spot on! We took it out shooting the day after I received it and put about 300 rounds of PMC Bronze .223 through it. Not one FTF OR FTE and the gun feels amazing! The moe hand guard is amazing as it never got hot enough to where you couldn't hold it even after continuous firing and its comfortable to hold. Was grouping very well even with the factory "iron" sights and the moe buttstock is nice as well. It came with a black pmag instead of the dark-earth but that doesn't bother me at all as i need to buy more any ways. I would strongly recommend buying this gun to any one Will not disappoint!!

Great rifle.This thing shoots amazing..Put a little over 50 rounds through the day i got it.(had to work or else it would be a few hundred more.)Out of the box it shot very tight groupings around 30-35 yards.Have to take it to the range to see what it can really do, but highly recommended! And ofcoarse,no where better to buy it from then Buds.
