The Ruger LCR is the evolution of the revolver. Its monolithic frame is made from aerospace-grade, 7000 series aluminum in .22 LR, .22 Magnum and .38 Spl +P models and from 400 series stainless steel in the powerful .357 Magnum, 9mm Luger and .327 Federal Magnum models. The patented friction reducing cam is a next generation design in fire control systems that results in a smooth, non-stacking trigger pull and the patented polymer fire control housing holds all the fire control components in their proper dimensional relationships, reduces weight significantly and helps reduce recoil. The high-strength stainless steel cylinder is extensively fluted (reducing weight) and features a PVD finish for excellent durability.

My daily carry. I also have a compact striker-fire 9mm. When I can, i carry the 9mm. But this one comes with me no matter what. It’s just that easy to carry. Jacket pocket, pants pocket, summer time, winter time… this pistol is ALWAYS with me. 5 shots of 38 +P is the bare minimum for self defense, IMHO. This pistol is exactly that. Plus it’s light, and easily concealed.

That was my 3rd LCR.I have it in 327 Federal Magnum and 22 LR. Rugers LCRS are great revolvers! Well worth the cost.

Again, It's a well known fact Ruger manufacturers quality firearms, so I will not waste words. This purchase exceeded my expectations and also promted my decision to purchase a LCR22. The action on this wheel gun is really smooth. As for legally concealed carry, it's definitely the goto pocket Pistol, no hammer, light weight, smooth extract to fire position and retrieval. The dependability is inherited from the name of the manufacturer.

This is a great concealed carry weapon. Used with a pocket holster for great concealment. This is my 4th Ruger LCR. A .22 cal, LCR-X in .38+P and now 2 LCR .38 +P's. I'm retired law enforcement and carry concealed. I interrupted a burglary in progress of our barn and held the suspect at gunpoint with my first LCR until LE arrived. Highly recommend this weapon. Bud's is great.

Only a few companies had availability for the revolver I wanted, and those were pricing the gun far above what Buds wanted for it. My order was processed and delivered as advertised.
