Got my super 38 quickly cleaned it thought it was to pretty to shoot but took it out anyway. Smooth trigger had an excellent group at 25 yards. Maybe having been on the all army pistol team helped with that. The only down side was I ordered bright stainless and on a sunny day the glare off of it blinds you. Note to self don't buy bright stainless . Shot a variety of ammo yet to have a malfunction. After 200 rnds still no problems. Highly recommend and buds service is always exceptional.

Beautiful gun! Bought from Bud's years ago and have put 100's of rounds through it. I even re-qualified for my CCH with it and the instructor had to comment on the look and accuracy of the weapon! Only downside, I only received one 9 round magazine with it. Fast delivery on the gun, though!

great gun, shows just like photo,awsome detaling on gun, gold highlights, buds has the best price anywhere on line, aslo great service, second to none. fast delivery. i was very pleased with this purchased. one of the best guns in my collection. life time garrentie. if you are into the 1911 frame and enjoy the 38 super round then this gun is a must have for your collection. it dont get any better then this .

Ordered this gun 2/22/10 on line 10:00 PM. Received gun at about a week later...very nice pistol with lots of power....the price was unbeatable and was treated fairly by buds...will buy again with a little more patiants.....

Purchased this item from buds, very nice piece had it on layaway when Buds got my last payment they shipped the next day and I had it in 2 days made it out to shoot it that day put 50rds thought it and it was great this gun is a good buy

Ordered this gun on 6/15/10 at 8:30 pm, received gun at ffl dealer 6/17/10 12 noon. Fantastic fast shiping. Beautiful gun that shoots real well. The trigger is some what heaver than I like but adequate. The 38 super ammo. is not easy to find, but is available if you know where to look. This gun looks too good to shoot, but I would not buy a gun I can't shoot. Can't believe the low price of this gun. Maybe it is because it is a 38 Super, but I kind of like the super. I've owned several 45's, but think I will like this 38 super better. We will see. What little I have shot it, it performed well. No jams or misfeeds. A 72 year old shooter.
