  Axel, it sure will. The db15 has a picatinny rail but Weaver or picatinny mounts will fit no issue. So this will fit and function just fine. Hope this helps.

  Brandon, for absolute co-witness you will need a 1/2 inch riser Sir.

  Brandon, yes Sir it will mount to the top Picatinny Rail on the DLT ECHO/316H no issue.

  Sal, yes Sir it will. You would just need a half inch Riser to Co-Witness.
