Awesome rifle, dead on accurate. Takes a little adjustment with trigger as it is very sensitive, if you slightly touch it you'll have remove the round and start over.

A great rifle from a professional dealer. The 4 star rating has to do with something unrelated to the dealer or the company. Precise firearm that negates the usual 300 WM recoil. However, the butt stock is extremely hard to manipulate. Customer service sent a replacement but still a "pain." Checked with another owner, working the cheek piece is a chore. Excellent grouping and with the right ammo, Berger bullets/Lapua brass you can shoot to infinity(almost)

Very nice rifle. Recoil is about equal to that of a AR-10. Which to me seems very light for the caliber. Ergonomic feel of this rifle is superb. Trigger is very light and crisp. The action is rather stiff though. My hope is that it will get smoother after some use. The feed ramp in this will need to be polished. Also found the magazine can be a bit difficult at times to seat and lock into place properly. All in all Savage has put together a very nice package with this rifle. Purchase process went very smooth. Buds kept me informed through every step of the purchase via email from purchase packing and shipping. Arrived at my FFL in a few days.

Excellent shooting gun. Recoil very mild for a 300, probably due to weight and the muzzle brake. Accurate shot sub MOA with several different loads. Can't wait to take it out to 1,000 yards and beyond!
