RESPONSE BY BUDS: AS PER THIS CUSTOMERS POST BELOW. THEY PICKED UP THE GUN KNOWING THE STOCK WAS CRACKED !!! ALL WE HAVE EVER ASKED OF ANY CUSTOMER IS TO INSPECT THE GUN AND REFUSE THE TRANSFER IF UNSATISFIED "FOR ANY REASON". WE CAN THEN TAKE THE GUN BACK AND ISSUE FULL CREDIT OR A NEW REPLACEMENT. WE CANNOT TAKE BACK GUNS AFTER THEY HAVE BEEN TRANSFERRED. THIS IS A COMPLETELY AVOIDABLE SITUATION IF THE CUSTOMER WOULD ONLY DO THEIR PART BY LOOKING AT THEIR GUN !
I ordered this gun 12 days ago. I picked it up and the gun stock is cracked. I contacted buds and they said I purchased it's mine. I then contacted rossi and they are replacing it. I'm not very happy since this was a christmas gift!!!!! 12/20/10 I would think twice before I ever order a gun online. I won't due any gun purchases thru buds again. Very Disappointed
