Sporting an aluminum upper and polymer lower, it also has a ribbed handguard and a large SD-style barrel shroud, The GSG-522 SD also has an integrated Weaver rail, textured pistol grip, ambidextrous safety, and a distinctive front sight, the GSG-522 will send 22LR rounds downrange with amazing accuracy and reliability. It has a wide magazine release paddle and an integrated sling bracket. It is available with a fixed A2-style black stock.

Nice rifle, good for plinking and having fun. I thought it was going to feel like a toy. but in fact it doesn't. Nice and heavy, 500 rounds for $20, can't beat that.
