Hi-Point's 995TS 9mm carbine has an all-weather, polymer skeletonized stock with an internal recoil buffer, multiple Weaver-style rails, a sling, swivels, and scope base. It has a quick on/off thumb safety, grip-mounted clip release, last round lock open feature, and fully adjustable sights (post front, peep rear). The 995TS carbine has a 16.5" barrel for an OAL of 31". Hi-Point produces affordable, American-made firearms featuring 100% American parts and assembly. Hi-Point carbines are +P rated and accept all factory ammunition. This model features a forward folding grip and a weapon-mounted flashlight. It has a black stock with black metal finish and includes a 10-round magazine. (The mag is not compatible with C9)

Right out of box it was spot on, ran around 200 rounds through it and all of us that shot it hit steel at 10 ,20 and 50 yards, I loved it! Memory was maybe 5 misses total and I blame that on we had a couple first time shooters that day. Probably convinced a couple people that Hi Point was fun and not super expensive. We always had some haters, I have 9mm, 45 and now this , and everyone that has shot them were surprised at the accuracy and fun they are. I shoot them every time on ranch, keep in truck and this one will be in my shop at the ready, Bud's have been great! Great service, and usually very fast! I would say best online shop for all of your needs.

Took to range ran about 200-300 rounds through it...and it operated perfectly!!!
Actually, very surprised of how it shot!

Sights were remarkably accurate out of the box. Shoots any ammo I've put through it without fail. Ugly and cheap, but surprisingly efficient. Would recommend to anybody looking for a PCC that they can depend on without breaking the bank. Was very pleased with this little carbine, and wish they would make one that eats .357. Zero regrets here.

I ordered the 9mm carbine on the 26th of September 2016, and received the weapon on the 29th of September, three day delivery...Cannot beat that! The fit and finish of the carbine is excellent, does not look or feel like an inexpensive fire arm. Went to the range and fired 250 rounds with no FTF, FTE, also shoots straight and true. For a low cost way to provide personal and home defense for you and your family Hi Point firearms are the way to go. As a retired Army infantryman I find the Hi Point carbines, and I own both the .45 and now the 9mm, simple to operate and maintain, and both carbines fire every time I pull the trigger. And last but not least...Made in America. Now how cool is that!
