  Hi Sydney, unfortunately no. The following rifles are prohibited:
  ✘ Semi-automatic rifles that can accept a detachable magazine and have one or more of the following seven features:
  1. a folding or telescoping stock;
  2. a pistol grip that protrudes conspicuously beneath the action of the weapon;
  3. a thumbhole stock;
  4. a second handgrip or a protruding grip that can be held by the non-trigger hand;
  5. a bayonet mount;
  6. a flash suppressor, muzzle break, muzzle compensator, or threaded barrel designed to accommodate a flash suppressor, muzzle break, or muzzle compensator; or
  7. a grenade launcher

  3, 4, & 6 are all disqualifiers.

• Q: Can the muzzle break be removed for a supressor?

  Mark, no, the muzzle brake is intergrated into the barrel, so it cannot be removed. It's not a ps90 but here's a link to a AR-15 pistol chambered in 5.7×28 I've been looking at and thinking about buying for awhile and it does have a removable muzzle brake and 1/2×28 threaded barrel.   Donnell, YES this is NJ compliant without the 30rd magazine. This has no banned features, as the muzzle brake is permanently attached.
