This is the best revolver I have ever owned. I loved the built in laser. It's accurate, and the recoil is minimal even using + P ammo. I highly recommend this pistol.

This gun is awesome. I ordered it for Concealed carry and I love it. The trigger pull is very consistent and smooth. I have shot a few other guns in this class such as the LCR and this is a much better gun. It fits nicely in your hand and the hand is high up on the gun allowing you to manage the low recoil very well. I have large hands but I am still able to get my pinky on the bottom of the grip which is nice. I can not do that on the LCR. The laser is a cool feature but unrealistic for personal defense. I have put several hundred rounds down range with zero problems, this gun it is surprisingly accurate for such a small barrel. Laser was off but a few adjustments were all that was needed to get it back on target. Great gun very small, and reliable.

Very light and compact. Expected more recoil but was pleasantly surprised. Everything works minus the laser. Still waiting to receive return slip from Smith&Wesson as of 1/28/14 for laser repair. Laser very visible until the first shot then can only be seen within a couple of feet or so. Case for the .38 also seems to be the same case for the .380 which makes holstering the .38 not a perfect fit. Corner of the .38 handle snags as the case is zipped open or closed.

Product was just as ordered and shipped promptly. Great little gun. Easy to conceal, but a bear to shoot. Not a range gun. I love it, but my hand is sore for a week every time I shoot it.

Overall i love this gun. it is small light and very simple. It does have more kick to it than i exspected but still shouldn't be too much for my wife to handle

Overall, I found this pistol to be satisfactory. It replaced another J frame because I felt (and still do) that the standard .38 is too low power for personal defense. However, the +P in this short barrel is VERY snappy for accurate shooting. The laser was well off but easily corrected. Iron sights needed a white dot system, or at least an outline... very hard to pick up. OK belly blaster, still at anything over very close range, in a high adrenalin situation, with only 5... I just would not bet my life on it.
