• Q: Have anyone ever shot this ammo through a Bullpup & or AR-12 style shotgun? If so, did you have any feeding issues since this is listed below 1300 fps which the manufacturers recommended 1300 fps & above to fire in those types of shotguns. ONLY THOSE WHO OWN THESE TYPES OF SHOTGUNS ANSWER.

  Hi Jason and welcome. I have through both my GeForce Bullpup and VR-80 AR-12. The bolt springs are stiff which is why break in of 1300 fps or higher is recommended. The trick to mitigate this break in period is to store your AR-12 or Bullpup with the bolt locked back which seasons the spring to allow lower power loads to cycle. Cheers and stay safe!

• Q: After the break in period can AR style & Bullpup semi-auto shotguns fire this ammo even though it's listed at 1150 FPS? The manufacturers say those types of shotguns need at least 1300 FPS to operate. I only use cylinder chokes, nothing else. ONLY THOSE WHO OWN THESE TYPES OF SHOTGUNS ANSWER.

  Hi Jason and welcome. Yes Sir. I have both AR 12 style and Bullpup 12ga shotguns and the trick I use is to store the firearm with the bolt locked back, which seasons the spring and greatly reduces the so called 1300 plus fps break in period. Reduced recoil loads fire no issue. Cheers, stay safe and enjoy!

• Q: Can these be used in a rifled barrel without a choke ???

  If you shotgun does not have a fixed choke, it is not a good idea to shoot anything without a choke tube installed.
  If your shotgun does not take choke tubes, then you are ok.
  Also, you can shoot these in a rifled barrel, but rifled slugs are usually shot through smootbore barrels.
  Sabot type slugs are for rifled barrels.
