Excellent baby shotgun. Looks very well made and shoots fairly accurate with 45 Colt and 000 buck. Recoil is MUCH less than expected. I would buy again and recommend this firearm...

I have not shot it yet; however I did just unbox it and my reaction was not so enthusiastic. I like the gun and it is what I expected with size, weight and the usual but it suffers from some cosmetic issues. This gun looks like the barrel was either welded bad or glued on and it is very noticable. the trigger and hammer has bad stain looking spots all over them. I got this gun just to carry as a personal protection and so the cosmetic stuff is not as important as the functionality however it just makes me have an ill feeling toward Taurus for future purchases knowing that not very much care was put into the looks of the gun. I hope it shoots better than it looks.

Buds Guns is great and was fast in sending..I ordered my Taurus Public Defender Ultra-lite on a Wednesday and it was shipped the next day and arrived at the FFL dealer that Monday. The Taurus Judge Public defender ultra -lite .45 lc 410 gauge is a great gun. I shot only 50 or 60 rounds through it but there were no problems and the gun is accurate. Because this gun is so light (20,7oz) and powerful it makes for a great carry gun too.
