Just picked up a set of these for my Remington 7400 semi-auto 30-06 and they are awsome. They mounted on quickly all you need is a flat head screw driver and about 10min of time. I recommend just a touch of blue lok-tight on them to make sure they are mounted for good and when removing the already mounted screws, make sure to clean out the tapped holes of any grease or anything. I got these because my kid nephew likes to take the rifle up to the scouts with him and wants to learn to use a scope, where I prefer my iron sights and this works out as the perfect middle ground. And I must say, buds was quick with the process - very impressed!
