The 1875 Army Outlaw Revolver is a faithful reproduction of the 1875 Remington single actions, which kept the solid frame and overall styling of Remington's 1858 percussion models. Ordinary citizens and Wild West lawmen alike recognized the sturdy quality of the Remington revolvers. The infamous Frank James even carried one for most of his outlaw career. The reproduction is available in his favorite caliber, 45 colt, and features a steel backstrap and two-piece walnut grip.

Beautiful revolver. 45LC ammunition is unavailable so I bought the 45ACP cylinder from Taylors. For $25 they fitted the cylinder to the revolver. Taylors customer service is second to none. The revolver is very accurate with the sights. 45ACP has very little recoil in this long barreled revolver. It is fun to shoot. Functions like it should. And it is a cowboy gun in 45 caliber with either cylinder. What's not to love.

Very nice revolver. It is a straight shooter and functions flawlessly. I was surprised how manageable the recoil was. The quality of Uberti is great. I have several Uberti revolvers and this is by far my favorite. Buds was great as usual and always has been as i have purchased several firearms from them.

Service from Bud's was great. The gun itself is beautiful. Nice walnut grips, dark bluing and vibrant case colored frame. Fit and finish was excellent. I put 50 rounds through it without a hitch, and it grouped well with cowboy loads as well as full power Federal loads. It's a barrel heavy gun so recoil was mild, even with full power loads. It points well, the action was very smooth and the trigger is crisp. The only reason I'm deducting a star is because it consistently grouped 1-2" left of the bullseye at ten yards, Still, for the price, it's a great gun.

Outlaw looked too beautiful to shoot when I recieved it but I did anyway. Sights are pretty much dead on with 200 grain 45 colt ammo. Glad I bought this one.
