Ruger's LCR is a lightweight, small-frame revolver with a uniquely smooth trigger and highly manageable recoil. It features a monolithic frame with a grip peg allowing for use of a variety of grip styles; extensively fluted, high-strength stainless steel cylinder with a PVD finish for excellent durability; friction-reducing cam is a next generation design in fire control systems resulting in a smooth, non-stacking trigger pull; polymer fire control housing holds the fire control components in their proper dimensional relationships, reduces weight significantly and helps reduce recoil. LCR revolvers have a replaceable, pinned ramp front sight with white bar and an integral u-notch rear sight.

Brutal recoil! But a good, accurate gun. The 357 mag. rounds will let you know you just shot a hand cannon, so I suggest lower recoil ammo unless you are an Alpha middle aged or young buck male, or just love a bit of pain.

I really like the action that this revolver had right out of the box. It shoots right on at 7 yards. I would give it 5 stars except the factory grips are too small and causes pain with 38 p ammo. I am going to buy some larger grips although I have a medium size hand. I am waiting for larger grips before feeding it 357 ammo. The weapon is easy to carry CCW in my jeans front pocket.

Swapped out the "handle" for one more to my preference, installed a new light pipe type front sight for old eyes and got pretty close to perfect for front pocket carry. Its ALWAYS with me out here in the country. Its a Ruger, what more need be said? Known for toughness, .357, proven many, many times over!

Good grip, very good, smooth stacking on trigger pull. Easy to handle for strong handed individuals with .357 mag. Very easy with 38 special loads. Excellent sights to boot

I was happy with the purchase and the delivery from Buds. I have ordered several other guns since then from Buds as well. I also appreciate their email notice system when a product is out of stock....I have now ordered 2 different pistols when I was notified they were back in stock. Buds does a great job keep you informed on where your order is and when it should be at your FFL. Will definitely re-order from them in the future. The Ruger LCR 357 is one of 6 calibers that Ruger has currently in the LCR configuration and I have ordered 4 of them thru Buds.
