The ergonomics of this firearm are excellent. I find that points naturally "on target", unlike some other polymer framed guns that shall remain nameless. While the grip may be a tad large for some hands, it's a perfectly comfortable fit for my long fingers, with the grip texturing falling in the Goldilocks zone. Felt recoil is minimal and accuracy is excellent, as is fit and finish. I have yet to add a reflex sight, but I'm confident that the design, which allows the optic to co-witness with the sights, will only improve accuracy and target acquisition. Add to that the threaded barrel and it sums up to my favorite firearm available for under $2500.

Buds was Great as all ways. This pistol had to go back for repair. The trigger link pin walked out after only 250 rounds. The factory customer service took forever and they never could tell me what they repaired or how. Cant say i would buy FN again. Bought it as a companion for my HK UPS 45 Tac

Very nice tactical 45, I put a Burris Fast Fire 3 8 moa sight on it at the range and put 60 rounds though it. Very accurate I haven't shot a 45 in over 20 years and all shots were in the kill zone in a tight group. This handgun will preform for you as advertised. Lite, fast, easy take down, and alot of fire power with the three mags.

This fnp.45 tactical is incredible. The plastic receivers are a little hard to get used to but once I took this gun apart I saw the detail they had put into it and is incredible. It shoots anything I put into it and I was making quarter size groups.at 25 yards. Its nothing less than a tank! The adjustable.back straps are great and the optics mount is nice to have. This gun almost.makes up for.the 3.weeks it took to get to me...almost.

Wow! Was the first thing I thought when I opened the box. This is a really cool looking gun. This gun will shoot any 45acp ammo that you can shove in it, no malfunctions (500rds) . I installed a Docter optic sight and at 7 yards this gun will put 5 rounds in the same hole. It shoots way better than I am capable. It comes with three 15rd magazines a lock and mounts for optic sights all in a nice carrying case. If you want a no excuses tactical 45 that is suppressor ready this gun is for you

This is a BEAST of a gun. 15+1 rounds of big fat .45 rounds. I have reasonably large hands and put the arched checkered backstrap on and it feels excellent. I was very surprised actually, being that it's a pretty decent sized gun yet feels so comfortable and relatively light. It points and balances exceptionally. The one negative I've seen so far is the double action trigger pull, it's got to be one of the heaviest I've ever felt but since I prefer cocked 'n locked, it's really a non issue as I'll probably never shoot it in DA unless just to try it at the range. As always, Bud's had this to me very quickly and for an excellent price. Looks like I got one of their last ones and before the price bump as well. Trijicon RMR red dot will be added soon and an osprey suppressor as well.
