I bought this item as a last minute add-on. I was purchasing the Kel-Tec magazine +1 extenders in order to improve my grip upon the diminutive P32 and this sleeve also came up in the search. So on an impulse I bought it.
It turns out this grip sleeve has done more to add to my comfort and accuracy with the teeny P32 then any of the magazine extensions I've tried. And I've tried them all.
With this sleeve installed I cam shoot the P32 very easily and comfortably, even without a mag grip extender. The gun went from too skinny and hard to grip to almost a natural fit for my hand. I say "almost" because at the end of the day the P32 is still one of the smallest auto pistols you can buy. This sleeve widens the grip just enough to fill that space in your palm at the base of the thumb. Without it the pistol sort of floats around. With it the gun anchors solidly for a firm, controllable grip.
I highly recommend it as the best and cheapest upgrade you can buy for your Kel-Tec P32.

Fits perfect and helps with imprinting in pockets. Sweaty hands not a problem holds true.

Grip works great on my Taurus TCP! Look like they`re OEM, made for the gun! Would definately reccommend!
