As usual, shipping from Buds was extremely efficient and fast. The shotgun does what it's supposed to do, and I have had no issues in the 2 years I have had it. Stock is a little long for me, but then again I'm not 6'4". The rails on the forend are helpful for attaching a light and the gun feeds reliably. Trigger guard is polymer, but doesn't seem as if it would affect reliability or function. Overall, a nice shotgun for home or property defense. Oh, and to everyone out there, please go and SHOOT your new gun before posting a review. Putting something like "well I haven't shot it yet, but it sure looks nice!" doesn't help anyone.

Its a good home defense shotgun. Shoots good. Three small rails on foreend are handy for my flashlight. A little disappointed that the trigger housing is plastic but you get what you pay for I guess.

This is my favorite firearm by far. It is so smooth, it never fails, and this would be my go to gun in any situation. I would buy this Mossberg 500 1000x times over if given the chance.

Great shotgun and great price. Delivered in 6 days even though Buds warned up front, that it could be 2-3 weeks because of the christmas rush. Buds the best!

Buds is a great place to buy guns they have the best prices just be certain before you select an ff. dealer you contact them and let them now what you intend to do . It will save you in trouble in the long run . now for the shot gun if i was to go and buy the forehand alone that would be 50-70 $$ . i went with this version for on reason ,i will only have to buy the ATI collapsible butt stock which only came out to 59.00 on amazon . if i were to try to buy the same set up with just that one extra mod id pay 100 extra . i have to say the gun is a keeper 100% . i ran a box "" 25 rounds "" of birdshot at the range as fast as i could load and pull the trigger and i had no trouble . i carved a perfect face sized circle through the center then i proceeded cut the target in half . the guy and his daughter that stood next to me in the next lane to my left enjoyed the show . my advice , get this gun .
