Nice gun. For a short 3.3”. Barrel it racks super easy and shoots incredibly smooth. Recoil better than expected. Sights are good for my older eyes trigger is around 4.5 to 5 lbs
And pretty smooth. Very accurate and grips are good. The only thing Im. It a big cannot is the beaver tail grip safety, it’s bump on the bottom stick out to much and you feel it when shooting at the range. For cc purpose not a big deal. So far have 200 rounds of federal 230 gr. Range ammo and not one problem. Shot with other Wilson combat 8 round and kimber 8 8 round mags and feed perfectly. Well built and sturdy gun, glad I purchased it through Buds great to do business with.

If you’re purchasing this, know that you will not be receiving the model with the Sig Sauer logo in the corner or the checkering on the slide stop. However purely cosmetic this is a sig and it does what their known for. Accurate and reliable. I’ve shot 4 different manufactures none being strictly 1911 ammo just 45acp with not a single issue. BUY IT.

I've owned several SA/DA Sig pistols, but this is my first Sig 1911. The first thing you notice is the quality craftsmanship that went into making this pistol. Fit and finish are top notch, action smooth and the trigger feels lighter than the advertised 5# pull. As this has an alloy frame it is light to carry and even with the shorter Officer's size grip, it feels good in your hand. I picked it up yesterday from my local FFL and already put almost 100 rounds of 230gr FMJ through it. No failures of any kind and the night sights are dead on right out of the box. Overall I'm very pleased with this purchase and would highly recommend this pistol to anyone looking for a small 1911 in .45 acp for carry. Bud's was great as always!

Buy this gun. I have top of the line guns including other Sig. This is the perfect gun for the money. This is my carry. Perfect for conceal. Plenty of power. Accurate to 25 yards with the night sights. If I had bought this gun first I would have saved a few thousand dollars. The recoil is more manageable than it may seem with the short barrel. The action is so smooth, when you rack a round it makes you wonder if it's a go. And it weighs fully loaded less than any full size I have with ammo loaded. My only complaint can be cured with an extension for the magazine...my little finger sets lower than the grip. Buy this weapon for carry or home protection and you will not be disappointed. Came with night sights, a perfect Sig case and two stainless seven round clips. Spend the money, make an offer. Everyone who has seen it is jealous.

I've owned this for a little over a year now. It is my first 1911 and my first Sig. The price was always more than I wanted to spend, but I'm glad I pulled the trigger so to speak. What an awesome weapon. It feels so well balanced in your hand and so comfortable. I have never had a FTF or FTE with this weapon. This has been my carry weapon since purchasing it. This will not be replaced. Recoil is totally manageable. Unloading 8 rounds down range on target is effortless. If you have any doubts, this is definitely worth the money and more.

I've owned this gun for just over a year. I own several pistols and this is my first Sig. It has become my favorite carry gun. The finish is holding up well for a gun that spends it's time on my belt and not in the safe. I've never had a FTF or FTE. The grips that come with the gun look great, but felt a little fat, so I replaced them with Raasco Slim grips. Galco makes an inexpensive IWB holster and Kirkpatrick Leather has a fantastic OWB that holds the gun like it is an IWB holster. I guess the most positive thing I can say about it is, I would buy it again.

Got my sig ultra today ! Was very impressed with the quality of the gun . What can I say it's a sig sauer ! Cleaned it and shot several round through it not one hiccup, buds was great ! Very smooth experience. can't wait to purchase another gun

Great gun. It's my first Sig and I'm glad I got it and saved some bucks with the Make Offer button at a substantial discount. It's going to be my new carry piece and easily one my nicest guns. I love my other American made guns (S&W, Para, Springfield) and my XD's but this Sig is top notch. I decided to get this instead of the XDS and I am glad I did. Sig has definitely made a believer out of me. Fit and finish couldn't get any better. Conceals and handles great, also. The dis-assembly and reassembly is very similar to an XD or striker fired pistol, no need for a bushing wrench like larger 1911's.
