If you want this gun just for having fun shooting and can afford ammo for it it's a good gun. It's absolutely huge so if you want a gun to carry everyday this is probably not the gun for you. Mine had a few sharp edges on it that caused a pretty good cut on my finger so build quality isn't that great but I expected that from my research. In my opinion it's an impractical, but fun gun to shoot.

THIS GUN IS AWESOME I LOVE IT.... i have loaded for home defence.... 45lc and 410 3" are nothing now if u really want a suprise load up some 454 and hold on.... it will knock your socks off.... it actually kicks more then my 500. and wear gloves when shooting 454 if you dont u will only be able to shoot about 10 rounds and have a sore hand the rest of the day. another great transiction by buds u still have my buisness.

This gun shoots great with both .454 casull as well as 45 long colt and shotshells. For the significant amount of money you save buying from buds as opposed to going to your local gunshop when purchasing this item, I highly reccomend this product to anyone looking for a versatile weapon that can be used for both hunting and home defense. Buds delivered the gun to my ffl in 3 days which to me is great service. Keep up the good work guys!

Great gun won it in one of buds auction was cheaper that the regular sales price. This gun is powerful with the 454 and 45 lc and 410 feel like a 38 spl in this frame. Great as a hunting side arm and perfect for home defense this gun is a bad guy worst nightmare I call it my Hellboy Gun . Buds service was great

Not a lot to say but WOW, what a great sidearm. Trigger action is perfect and if I ever hear anyone say this gun is not accurate I will point them to my FB page where there is a pic of the first six 45LC shots, out of a gun I had not even fired a single time before in my life, from 25 yards all having hit bullseye, three of them in the "X" ring. If you hear anyone say it's not accurate, it's because they CAN'T SHOOT! Less recoil than my S&W 627 5" .357 mag. Yeah it's a heavy piece, but the weight helps soak up the recoil. I like this gun so much that I may have to save up for the longer barrel version down the road a bit. Taurus did a great job building this revolver.
