The Best low end 1911 I ever fired, alittle on the heavy side but takes any ammo you put in it. Fit to frame is great, point of aim is point of impact at 25 meters, shoot 5 mag. Groups 8-10" without strays. 7 meter line is a waist of time keyhold shots til your palm hurts. 15 meterline no real changes.....just a darn great shooter. This was priced for the folks who want a 1911 but not the premium pricing.

First off let me say Buds is great, I love you guys! There customer service and shipping / tracking is state of the art, that is why I have purchased several more firearms from them and one more tonight. Now on to the review of this 1911. First off I did the homework on this piece and the manufacture before I made the purchase, that being said I went ahead and bought it based on all of the reviews available. Now on to the real dope... My first impressions upon receiving the pistol was it was of a very high quality manufacture, very good machining, no machine marks, rough edges or blemishes, very good fit and finish. Slide to frame is rock solid, almost too tight. Now onto the range to test fire. I fired 250 rounds of a mix of 230 grn fm brass cased and 230 JHP. All in all 200 were FMJ and the last 50 were JHP. I had several FTF, this was due to the profile in the barrel feed ramp / throat. I then proceeded to re profile the barrel throat and give it and the feed ramp located in the frame a full polish job. Then upon further inspection I noticed the recoil spring was lacking proper tension so I replaced it with a Wolf 22 lb chrome silicone nickel unit. Now back to the range... I ran another 250 rounds and the results were stellar, no FTF what so ever, every round fed like silk and the slide went into battery with authority. I ran 200 rounds of 230 grn brased cased FMJ, and just for good measure 50 rounds of Tula steel cased 230 grn FMJ, and if that was not enough an additional 25 rounds of 230 grn JHP hydro shock. All rounds fed and fired with perfection. In the end a great very well made 1911, but lacking a bit of refinement and quality recoil spring from the factory. Not a big deal if your weapon savy, a short dollar fix. All in all I love this weapon and it is now my CCW.

Great pistol. For the money, it can't be beat. I took it to the range today for an extended shoot. Very accurate. The biggest plus, it ate everything I threw at it. Ball jacket and plated, flat tip, lead swc and round nose, several styles of hollow point, light load, heavy loads. Gobbled them all right up. This ATI is a winner.

Great shooter. Fit and finish was excellent. Had no malfunctions in over 500 rnds.
