Saiga drum magazine arrived quickly and in perfect condition from Bud's. It also looked very cool installed on the gun. However, that's where the good news ends. I bought this for a Black Aces Tactical 12 gauge semi-auto shotgun. The magazine fit perfectly into the gun and I cycled about 10 magazines worth of ammo (120 cycles) through the gun/magazine combo by cycling the action by hand without firing the gun in order to try to loosen things up and break things in before taking it into the field. I put two boxes of high brass Remington #6 shot through the magazine out in the field and about every third shot hung up in the magazine and would not feed. It did it at the start and it continued to do it after 50 rounds. Was it the gun or the magazine? I can't say for sure. I, however, would not recommend this drum magazine.

Runs flawless in our Lynx 12. Needed a smidge of material filed off but came with easy to follow instructions on how to fit to your particular gun. Will buy a few more as spares!

Shipped quick and at a great price, mine has the translucent smoked back so rounds left in the drum can be seen. Haven't shot with it yet, but rounds cycle when I manipulate my action in JTS M12 shotgun. The magwell does need to be modified in the JTS M 12 for the pro mag to fit, but locks up nicely!

Works great for me. Is tough for my old fingers to load, but once loaded always feeds correctly. Use on a Komrad with no modifications required and can do full magazine dumps with no problems. Fits into the magazine well with just a little bit of play, but I'm good with this as if it were too snug it would be more difficult to insert. Allows for much better overall balance than using a 12 round in-line magazine - those are just too long and clumsy to maneuver. Use with 2 3/4" Winchester Military 00 Buck and slugs, no problems putting both in the mix.
