My EDC. Have never had a single issue with the gun not cycling or jamming. Love it!

Ordered my gun on Monday morning and received it Wednesday evening! This is not my first purchase with Buds and they're awesome service, products, and fast shipping are the reasons I will continue to make my 2nd amendment purchases here. Haven't had a chance to shoot it yet, but I am very pleased with my purchase and highly recommend this package.

What a great gun! I'd been wanting a carry 45 for awhile and have had my eye on the two-tone XDM compact 45. Finally pulled the trigger (pun intended) and glad I did. This is the perfect firearm. Great to look at, great concealability, extremely easy to shoot, easy to break down, and, to top it off, it comes with tons of useful accessories. I own several handguns including a Remington R1 1911, Glock 19, CZ. Rami 9 mm, and Ruger Mark II Government. This gun beats them all. Probably 2nd on my list is the Rami. The Glock is good but and really like the added safety of the grip safety with the XDM. The 1911 is fun to shoot but not real good for carry. The XDM is the most well-rounded of the bunch. 350 rounds so far and not a single issue. All with reloads. Yeah, I know, manual says not to use reloads blah blah blah. But, that's all I ever shoot and have for years without incident. Bud's was excellent as usual. 2nd gun from them. Ordered on A Wednesday evening and picked up the following Monday at my FFL. Perfect condition. Can't say enough about this gun. Purchased a Crossbreed holster and a few extra mags. Have some Pearce mag extensions coming for the 9 round magazines to provide a place for my pinky. Although, after putting 360 rounds through the gun, not sure I really even need them. If you're thinking about getting this gun, don't hesitate. Just do it. You'll be glad you did.

If you're thinking about purchasing this gun, stop thinking and just purchase it! Don't be like me who has been "eyeballing" this gun for about 3 months then finally decided to "pull the trigger" (no pun intended) and I bought it. What a perfect firearm! I'm a huge Springfield fan.... this is my fourth different model Springfield but only the first time I bought from Buds. I shot this gun in a Cantelope size grouping straight out of the box from 15 yards. Fired 250 rounds without one failure (but I didn't expect one either.... hence why I'm a Springfield fan). The 45 ACP Compact XDm (3.8 inch) gives me options... It carries very well in my N82 IWB holster (It feels just like my XDS 45 but has almost twice the capacity of cartridges!!). Plus, you pop in the 13 round mag and you have a great choice for home defense firearm at the bedside. On top of all that, you can take it to the range and fire as much as you want and it won't beat you up. Again, you'll have options. I went with the Bitone version because my other Springfields are black and the Bitone has been growing on me for quite some time. Now that I bought this gun in Bitone, I wish my other Springfields were Bitone! As far as the service from Buds, no complaints whatsoever. I ordered on a Saturday and it was at my FFL 10 days later. The email updates for shipping came a little late. When I got the email that it shipped on the 2nd Monday after I ordered the gun, my FFL dealer called me the very next day and said it had arrived. So I knew it had shipped well before I actually got the email notification. No complaints from me though because I knew Buds was on top of it. I've read plenty of reviews about people purchasing from Buds and how great their experience was so I didn't worry about it. I will be buying from Buds again. The reason I bought this particular gun was because it is "hit or miss" with my FFL on getting this particular gun in. They have the black slide model, but I wanted Bitone. That is where Buds comes in very handy.... you can find pretty much any model mainstream firearm available. So I didn't wait for my FFL to get the gun I wanted in, I simply looked at Buds. Furthermore, you can't beat Buds prices. At least, I can't. Even with the transfer fee from my dealer, I guarantee I saved at least $30 if I were to buy this gun from my FFL. I think I've praised the gun and Buds enough, so I'll sign out. But seriously..... stop thinking about getting this gun and just freakin' get it.... you won't be sorry!!!

Great gun for EDC! I even sold my Kimber. Eats anything you feed it and is very accurate for a _4" barrel. All I had to do was buy a holster and a small grip extension that fits on the mag.

For months I was looking for the 40 cal Bitone and couldn't find it anywhere at any price. When the 45 cal version showed up on Buds, I thought it might kick too much but I went ahead and placed the order because they were flying off the shelves everywhere. The transaction at Bud's was simple and went just as planned. Price was better than I could get anywhere. I couldn't be happier with the 45. The gun is balanced very well and the kick is nothing like I expected. Love the 2 different magazines. Fits like a glove.

GREAT FIREARM! Ive always wanted one of these and Buds really delivered. If you would like a carry 45 ACP this is the best one. I even prefer this to my 1911 when I am out on the property doing work. I would like to make a comment on the whole process as I have seen a lot of reviews on the layaway and shipping times. I PROMISE YOU BUDS WILL DELIVER!!! They really came through on this... this product was so hard to find and when buds had it in stock I immediately put it on lay-away (Jan 15 13) I paid the balance off 1 month later. This item shipped on a Friday and arrived at my FFL at 11:00 AM that following Monday! I WILL DEF DO BUSINESS WITH BUDS AGAIN!
