Its hard to beat a savage for the price. Its very accurate out of the box. Can't go wrong with the Nikon with the drop rings in it. Use this for coyote hunting has never let me down. Great quality as always from Savage.

Excellent product from Savage Arms. And an excellent buy from Buds gun shop. Right out of the box the rifle is as described brand new no issues with quality of rifle and the price is unbeatable. My only issue is it did not come with scope caps for the Nikon. Not sure if that's a mistake or Nikon just doesn't furnish them with the combo. This is my second firearm purchase from Buds and I am sure I will do business with again.

I've put about 200 rounds through this 22-250 rifle and when it shoots, it shoots accurately. Most of the rounds I fired had to be inserted by hand into the chamber. Been having such a hard time to get the bullets to feed properly that I am going to sell the rifle. It's simply not worth it to keep something that is constantly jammed. Also had two failure to ejects which required prying the bullet out with a sharp knife. The magazines for this thing cost over $50 each and they aren't worth 50 cents, in my opinion, since they are cheaply built and do not seat well nor click well into place.

you want a cheap tack driver out of the box, this is your gun. trigger came set at about 3.5 lbs and nikon scope was nearly sighted in. im a bad shot and im getting a silver dollar size group at 275 yards off a bench. buds service was great as always... went to the warehouse to pick it up and ended up buying 3 more guns they had in stock on sale they were so cheap. best prices in north america most of the time.

Great little gun. Gun came and was on paper at 50 yards. Took no time to zero in @ 100. Accutrigger is nice. This is a great deal on a very accurate rifle.
