This is the perfect size for young shooters. It’s gunna be a great gun to learn on and get my nephew to understand the concept and safety of a firearm. It’s built almost like a full size bolt action rifle. Great gun all around.

The absolute best rifle for a beginning youth shooter. Much better than the Cricket for the following reasons: 1. Eject live rounds without the need for pulling the trigger and operating a decocker like the Cricket. 2. Excellent adjustable sights; rear peep sight provides a traditional military sight picture. 3. Built-in sling swivels. 4. Extremely accurate. All in all, a GREAT value!

Good little rifle. Only complaint is the length of pull is about 3” to long. My granddaughter is 9 years old and still can’t get comfortable with the length of the stock.

Fantastic rifle for the money. I bought it for my grandson and he loves it, we have had many good times at the range. It has all the features that even an adult would want in a .22 single shot bolt action rifle, except maybe a longer stock 😊 I would recommend.

Great little gun. Made my son's birthday! I like the quality and the awesome accutrigger he loves that it's blue (his favorite color) and sized just right for him.

This is the second of these that I purchased for my grand children. They are so much fun to shoot, and incredibly accurate, that the adults shoot them more than the kids. They work exactly like most bolt action rifles so training a child on one of these will not require retraining when the child moves up to a full size rifle. Wish I could give it 10 stars.

These Rascals are the perfect first gun for kids. Small light. Very well built. Adjustable peep sights. Tapped for scope rings. Short with perfect length of pull. The feed ramp is awesome. Love the accu-trigger. I biy these for my kids when the turn 5 yo. The first one I b ought was because I wasn't happy with a Cricket rifle. They were mostly plastic, even parts of the bolt. Not the Rascal! Very well built! This is #4 with more to come! Thanks
