Great service and fast shipping. Ordered my Beretta PX4 storm on 12/8/12 and received it on 12/12/12. Pistol was in great shape. Very easy to order and very satisfied with the whole transaction.

The good: Gun arrived in good condition with all parts (as far as I can tell--no fired shell casing?). The transaction itself was relatively easy. The not-so-good: It took about two weeks to get the $39 UPS box shipped to me after initiating the transaction for my trade-in. It came with no amount due (for my trade-in difference). After the intial emails traded with Gurney it was all no reply stuff from Bud's. When I got tired of waiting, I called (and actually got thru to someone--I tried several times previously and got sent straight to voicemail which was, you guessed it, full). The guy I finally talked to handled the transaction with aplomb. I'd give Bud's 3.5 stars but can't so they get four for trying. I'd do business with them again IF the price was exceedingly right. Lack of communication (I should say the speed thereof) on their part hurts my overall impression. As for the Px4 Storm. I haven't had a chance to fire it yet but if it's as good as the Px4 Storm 9mm I traded it for, then she's a winner!
