The FNX-45 is the result of years of innovative product development and advanced engineering techniques. Modeled after the FNP-45 service pistol introduced in 2007 under the U.S. Joint Combat Pistol Program, the FNX-45 is a double-action/single-action hammer-driven pistol with highly enhanced ergonomics. Its manual safety/decocking levers, slide stop lever and magazine release are all fully ambidextrous for ease of operation with either hand and from any firing position. Both the slide and barrel are stainless steel. The FNX-45’s checkered polymer frame has multiple interchangeable backstraps with lanyard eyelets. A MIL-STD 1913 mounting rail on the underside accepts tactical lights and lasers.

This is a very nice high capacity .45 ACP pistol. As far as I know, at 15 rounds per mag, it is the highest capacity .45 ACP pistol. Smooth in both DA and SA modes. Pretty good weight to it, so the recoil really isn't too bad. No doubt about it, this is a big pistol with a pretty beefy grip, but the ergonomics are good. If you have small hands, the grip may be a bit much, however. Recommended if you are looking for a nice .45 ACP pistol, that isn't a 1911 that offers only 7-8 rounds per mag.

This firearm performs very well and 15 rounds of .45 acp you just can't go wrong with that. I have a M&P 45 but wanted more capacity and this fit the bill. I can't say enough about how this gun shoots and feels. One of the best 45 ACP's I own hands down. I highly recommended.

15 rounds of .45 acp ya just can't go wrong with this really nice pistol always wanted one of these sometimes hard to find in stock but Buds came thru again really an awesome shooter right outta the box, no sight adjustment was needed! Great fit & finish FN does it right you won't be disappointed in the least...

This is the least recoil .45 I have shot That's not a 3 pound 1911. Its a big gun but 15 + 1 is awesome. This thing shoots super sweat and had 0 problems in the first 250 rounds.
