aThe Sig Sauer M400 SRP classic is a feature-full AR-15 style tactical rifle that's ready rock out of the box. This reliable carbine features an M1913 railed front gas block instead of a front sight tower, which greatly simplifies optics mounting and reduces weight. This sight-ready platform (SRP) allows the operator to mount an optic without worrying about the sight tower, and the gas block accepts all iron sights designed to attach onto a mlitary spec Picatinny rail.
This rifle also features the proven and reliable direct-impingement gas operating system with a rotating locking bolt. The M400 is a great firearm! Always dependable, like Sigs other guns, this gun is great on the range and as a home defense weapon. Solid build, easy to take down and accurate out of the box. Add a red dot and you are prepared to protect yourself and your family without hesitation. One of the best ARs available.

Great firearm and arrived in excellent condition. This rifle is great because its optic ready and takes most optics. Having the adjustable stock makes it easier to adjust in various shooting settings for long and close range shooting. I would recommend this to anyone looking for a rifle that shoots .223 or 5.56.

Buds guns is a great dealer, fast shipping and this gun is awesome!!! My only complaint is that three days after I placed the order buds updated their sight with the higher end 516 model, they would not let me change my order even though it had not been shipped yet, well not without a restock fee. With that said it is a business and they have to enforce their policies, so i understand. No regrets though because this gun is awesome. Aimpoint is on it now. And I have already placed several more purchased though them. I'm kinda glad now that I did get this Model because I have extra $$$ to trick it out a little. Great quality great fit and finish all around great product. I will continue to use buds guns and I have recommended them to friends and family. If you have the funds to buy a m400 you should purchase one or more.

Great rifle. Finally located some ammo and was able to get this baby out to the range. Very smooth operation. Put a decent Nikon AR Scope on it and you can nail dimes at 50 yards. Just for fun, my father in law and I were easily hitting golf balls at various distances from 50-100 yards. With a larger 3-9 or 4-12 scope, I think you could easily get 1.5' - 2" groups at 100 yards with decent brass or hand loads. Rifle also cycled everything we ran through it. It ate the cheap steel Wolf and Brown Bear/Silver Bear just the same as higher end 62 grain brass. Very, very pleased with this purchase.
