This has been my primary carry for both personal and on duty for years now. I am still completely happy with it and its still great firing for years after.

This is my fifth CZ, and I wish I had gotten it first. There is a saying: "the only people who don't have a CZ are the ones who haven't shot one". If you have, you don't need to read this review. If you haven't, you need to. These are spectacular guns, head and shoulders above anything costing less than $1000. This one, the CZ-75, is the flagship model, and has spawned dozens of imitators. They do now have some high-priced models that are frequently used in competition (Shadow), but the 75 has been a premier police model worldwide for decades. You have to experience a CZ trigger. On a slightly negative note, I find the combat sights a little small for my eyes, so I replaced them with larger white dots in rear, and fiber optic in front; parts from the CZ Custom Shop.

Great layaway experience with Buds. Pistol is rock solid, just like all CZ's. Might be a tad heavy for CCDW, but I've done it. I plan to own as many CZ's as possible.

I love CZ and this one did not disappoint as well. I bought this one just to have another CZ I didn't own for range trips. The beauty of having a wife who loves guns almost as much as me is they become part of the monthly budget! It's almost half safe queen I admit, but it performs flawlessly as I expected.

Pistol: By far one of the smoothest actions on a pistol. I have shot close to 300 rounds through this gun and no issues. I cleaned the gun once I received it and inspected it completely, gun is spot on. I then used a bench and a pistol bag to see how the grouping came out. At 25 yards the groups were tight and consistent. It stayed within 3" group. As far as shooting with no support it preformed excellent. Recoil is almost not an issue. I was able to fire and maintain on target extremely easy. Fit and finish to the gun is exceptional. For the price point you will not be displeased with this gun. BudsGunShop: Excellent as always.

I've read many good reviews on this CZ and it did not disappoint. It's one of the best 9mm pistols I've shot. It's highly accurate, good trigger, and great ergonomics.

One of the best off the shelf pistols I have ever bought. Got in yesterday and hit the range. Shot 150 rounds without a problem. Trigger is a lot better that what I expected. I'm so use to 1911 triggers, but this one is a true surprise for me. Took it out today and shot 250 rounds, again no problems. I love this pistol and will be getting one for my girl friend and maybe my daughter. They both shot great with it. Dealing with Bud's customer service was a good experience too. Great pistol!!!!!!!!!

Picked up today. Looks GREAT. Shoots great too. This CZ 75 listed as CZ 91131 is the police model. It has the checkered grip, both front and rear. Not heavy checkering but enough to help your grip. If you like a pistol that throws the brass far and away, you will like this the pistol. The grips are the black plastic and they work okay but I will replace them soon. Also both grip screws became loose when I shot it today. Had to clean it before shooting. I swear it must have been dipped in an oil barrel. It dripped. I like to shoot right out of the box but not this one. The sights are typical combat three dot. Okay for shooting in day light but would not use for competitive shooting. The DA trigger pull, yes pull not press, is okay. Starts slow and goes for awhile and then eases into tension with a nice clean break. Single action feels the same but less, good clean break. I ran about 150 rounds of Speer Lawman, Winchester NATO and Hornady Critical Defense. Fed and ejected all without a problem. I like this pistol. Feels almost like a 1911. Can't get better than that. I would buy again. Buds has them, most don't. The CZ 91130 is the basic BD which is fine itself but does not have the checkered grip. The DA pull is great but the Decocking is not as smooth and easy as a Sig. May be better as I get used to it.

You may want to check before ordering, but I recommend getting this one over the regular decocker cz 75, as this one (mine did, at least) comes with Tru dot night sights! Beautiful gun (as per usual for CZ) and fantastic one-day shipping from Buds. FYI: Mine was marked with the "BD Police" on the slide. Five Stars for gun and five more for Buds.
