Fits perfectly in my Chinese Sks clipped right in straight out the box with no problems I will be ordering more of these mags here soon I highly recommend them 10/10

I had to file to fit my chicom SKS, with is to be expected. What was notable is how easy it was to file to fit, I'd buy these again.

Bought a SKS around 25 years ago when they were 89 bucks- shot a heck of a lot out of it with stripper clips, the new mags are really easy to install and use and they did fit my SKS perfectly,nice piece and as always Buds is the place to go- thanks Buds!

I got this 40 round magazine for my Chinese SKS and only had to slightly modify it to get it to fit. It works great and is much lighter than the metal version for a fraction of the price. Great product at a great price from budsgunshop.com

Works great easy use and istall

I'm the kind of person who googles EVERYTHING to death when I'm interested and aftermarket high capacity magazines for my SKS was no different. Overall, i didn't hear hardly anything good about the conversion and got discouraged. I finally found something about the 40 round Promags that sounded good and the same news came from more than three sources that i looked over. So, now being torn in the decision i figured I'd check the price and if it wasn't too steep, I'd do it. Buds Gun Shop had THE BEST pricing on the product AND shipping by a long shot over any other gun site I found. I was originally looking at 30 round mags, but for a dollar more i could potentially hold ten more shots, i just bought the 40 rounders. So hold my breath and hit the confirm button at 6:40 Sunday night, my mags are at my house at 3:30 Tuesday afternoon and the magazines looked great! I smoothed the feed lips with some 220 grit sandpaper and popped em right into my Norinco SKS. I left my gun in the wooden stock and had NO wobble, no headache, no modifying my stock no nothing! I bought three mags, sanded all three to fit easily, (they fit even if i didn't sand em, i just did it to make swapping em out easier) probably took ten minutes from start to finish. Basically, I'm happy. I put ten rounds in each mag to wake that new spring up and I'm good to go. They have a snug fit, they cycle smoothly (and get smoother after a couple mags worth being shot) they don't break when you drop em,(mine didn't at least),they were cheap and was shipped really quickly. What else do you want?I love my new aftermarket mags and Buds Gun Shop is the only place I'll buy my next couple from.
